AFCAT is an acronym for Air Force Common Admission Test.AFCAT is a national level written exam exam conducted by Indian Air Force twice a a year in the month of February and August for entry in various Flying,Technical and Ground duty branches of Indian Air force.The exam is conducted in online mode with the help of C-DAC.
How to join INDIAN AIR-FORCE:-
Young male and female aspirants who dream of joining the Indian Air-Force as commissioned officers can appear in the AFCAT exam.The AFCAT exam consists questions of General Awareness,English,Numerical Abilty and Reasoning. The aspirants who clear the AFCAT exam are called at one of the AirForce Selection Boards at Dehradun(1-AFSB),Mysuru(2-AFSB),GandhiNagar(3-AFSB) and Varanasi(4-AFSB) for AFSB interview.The final merit list is made on the basis of total marks secured by the candidate in written exam and in AFSB tests.
